I have been working for the past few years on an art research project. I wanted to investigate the creative process at work and decided that walking repetitively around the lake near my place would be a good way to do it. What started as a simple idea became one of the most exciting and intriguing art research project in my recent years, involving obviously walking, but also video, photo, audio recording, writing, and so on. The project is called "Around The Lake" and is declined under the form of a written book with photos, a photo exhibition and book, some art video installations, some performance reactivating some of this material, and a mixture (to invent) of all this material. So this project is definitely a walking artist project and it has led me to places I didn't expect to visit when I started the project! (including here)
