Statement

"My work takes an experimental and multi-disciplinary approach to landscape and sits on the boundary between the abstract and the figurative. It is often further underpinned by interests in geology, archaeology and local history and considers how as human beings we have changed and shaped places over time. In addition the work also explores how my own physical immersion into landscape through walking, running, exploring, drawing or simply "being" impacts upon my creative process."
