I make maps about the wilderness of public space. During long urban walks, I stop to write, draw, take photos, and collect ephemera. These materials are gathered up into resulting collaged works, artists' books, and videos. Recent works include an animation '14th Street Flâneuse', a collaborative artists' book and performance 'a language of holes', and solo exhibitions in Milwaukee, Des Moines, and Chicago.
